We make our falafel fresh every day, soaking organic chickpeas (garbanzos) overnight, then grinding and mixing them with a fantastic combination of onions, spices, and herbs.


Our Falafel Bar goes through seasonal changes!

We have a great time in our kitchen coming up with innovative salads, sauces, and pickles to keep up with California produce.


We serve you the Falafel Sandwich dressed with Tahini (sesame sauce) and Chimichurri (herb sauce)…

…and then guess who’s in charge of dressing the sandwich at the Falafel Bar? YOU!


Our Falafel Sandwich and Falafel Salad are some of the most colorful things around…and this is the Bay Area, so that’s saying a lot.


Our Oakland shop serves housemade soup to a loyal following. They’re never cream-based, and always delicious.


Our food truck serves crowds at regular weekday locations, as well as initiating new falafel affairs at private events.
