We make our falafel fresh every day, soaking organic chickpeas (garbanzos) overnight, then grinding and mixing them with a fantastic combination of onions, spices, and herbs.

Our Falafel Bar goes through seasonal changes!

We have a great time in our kitchen coming up with innovative salads, sauces, and pickles to keep up with California produce.

We serve you the Falafel Sandwich dressed with Tahini (sesame sauce) and Chimichurri (herb sauce)…

…and then guess who’s in charge of dressing the sandwich at the Falafel Bar? YOU!

Our Falafel Sandwich and Falafel Salad are some of the most colorful things around…and this is the Bay Area, so that’s saying a lot.

We make our Chocolate Patties from a sweet nougat, then dip them in dark chocolate and serve them chilled.

Flavors include: Peppermint, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Toasted Coconut, and Orange Cream.

We serve crowds at regular weekday locations, as well as initiating new falafel affairs at private events.

Check out “locations” or “catering” for more information about how to savor our tasty wares.

Love our food, but don’t need the truck at your event?

We deliver Catering Platters!

New(est) Sweet Potato Fries!

Wanna know how dense a sweet potato is compared to a regular ol’ white potato? Follow the plight of LIBA’s Sweet Potato Fries over the last 3.5 years…We’ve broken potatoes, we’ve broken blades, we’ve broken our spirits (almost!).
